Thank you both for the replies. I wasn't aware before that only 30 messages could be in the mailbox at a time, so I have now cleared it all out. No broom has been sent yet but I just deleted the messages. Fingers crossed!

I have had this exact issue before (I tend to forget to delete letters and let them pile up ><), and clearing out old mail does indeed solve it. The system will attempt to re-send your items at set time intervals, I believe - as I recall, once I cleared out some space, it was another 30-60 minutes before the item I had bought showed up. So it might take a bit but it should be there!

Also I second Sakuraluna, that gif in your sig is amazing. XD
