Mogstation item never sent.

Hello everyone!
I bought the Witch's Broom mount from Mogstation yesterday early morning but still haven't received it. Does the Mogstation tend to take over a day to send out items if there are a lot of people buying? I'm worried that I won't be receiving it despite having paid the $12 for it.

The system does sometimes get overloaded when there's a lot of traffic, but I've only known it to take a couple hours at most. You might want to check your mail and make sure there aren't a lot of messages where people have sent you things. If your mailbox is full it won't get delivered until you delete the old mail.

Check your mailbox, you can only have 30 letters from SE at a time. If you are capped you will need to delete some to receive your broom.

Thank you both for the replies. I wasn't aware before that only 30 messages could be in the mailbox at a time, so I have now cleared it all out. No broom has been sent yet but I just deleted the messages. Fingers crossed!

I have had this exact issue before (I tend to forget to delete letters and let them pile up ><), and clearing out old mail does indeed solve it. The system will attempt to re-send your items at set time intervals, I believe - as I recall, once I cleared out some space, it was another 30-60 minutes before the item I had bought showed up. So it might take a bit but it should be there!

Yep had the 30 letter limit happen with me as well. There is an option to retrieve mail "from the ether" or something akin in the Mogmail menu that will retrieve such letters at that time instead of waiting.

Trty clicking the 'resend reward item message' button at the top right corner of the mailbox window to resend any pending Mogstation messages, as Khanscott mentioned. If after this it still hasn't arrived, try logging out of the game and completely shutting FFXIV down, and waiting a few minutes, then log back in. Usually this will cause any messages backed up to be sent.
