Gaining exp even if dng is unsynched

With the new expansion coming in next summer this is not encouraging new players to play the game if, just for a single class, they have to wait about 1 month (or even more) for 1-70.

new players have to play through the whole mainscenario anyway before they can enter the lvl 70 content, wich will boost them to max lvl because of all the quest exp (that this will take forever and not encouraging new players is another story).

for secondary classes there is already a big exp boost in place, wich will maybe increase even further with 4.0. plus there is the exp boost ring from hall of the novice for 1-30 and the headpiece from the friend recruit camapgne.
