Enclyclopedia Eorzea and Duality pre orders nowhere on the website

Hi

Can't seem to find either of these products on the SE store website. SE said that they could be ordered by now. Any link to them for the Australian website or has SE completely forgotten about Australia........ again.

In all seriousness, if SE are going to say that pre orders are available for Duality, why is it that the link to the Australian website just brings up the AU main page? If we can't buy it, why even tell us about it?

Sorry but I'm a bit salty about constantly being forgotten about and I'm sure its the same for some of the other countries out there.

Unfortunately it seems that Australian customers simply are forbidden to even access the merchandise store on the SE European website, as it will automatically redirect to the game store only if you're accessing the site from Australia. I could speculate why this is (something to do with Australian classification laws on music and literature, but I won't). Sadly I don't see this being changed any time soon, as it's been this way for a number of years now.

I know It's just happened all too often. Its more than a little annoying that Koji says at fan fest "I could answer the question but the answer is in the lore book. Go buy the lore book." only to have SE say, "We're not selling the lore book to Australians." (not to mention the merchandise line woes that people went through) Then we have "Accepting preorders for Duality." "Oh but not from Australia."

Sadly, this whole thread will probably go unheard by SE but I thought I'd make the effort to make a post about it. Just really not happy about the abysmal state of the Australian SE shop and the availability of merchandise. SE definitely wouldn't hear about it everyone stayed silent. If it's not available to certain regions, can SE just man up and tell us "Not available to x region for y reason"?
