    they are meant to just help you level up, they have no place in end game, they just look nice and it's good enough.

    A reason more to increase the usefullness to level [current max. level -1]
    For now they are only good until midlevel (until lv 50 from 60 levels). With 4.0 it get worse (until lv 50 from 70 levels)
