Not necessarily, all they would have to do is ask SE to heavily censor and make a special version for Switch users that's localized and edited enough where all of that is covered with fluffy sprinkles and cotton candy nonsense. And we all know that Nintendo would ask that to be done too. I think you underestimate Nintendo's persistence to have their demands met and SE's love of extra income from other companies as the bait and motivation to allow it.

You speak as if you're our bible, knowing exactly what Nintendo would do in any circumstance. Have you spoken with Nintendo about this matter to derive your conclusions which we have to believe or have you seen it happen and come back to warn us of the great calamity of a Mario hat on a Miqo'te's head or are you just assuming things? And have you a post complaining about how Level-5 infested your game with the Yo-kai Watch disease that it's no longer playable that you might share?

....Do you get upset every time someone has opinions regarding that porting over XIV to the Switch may not be a smart move with possible implications or are you blinded by rose colored glasses simply because of something you want as evident by your signature. I mean, you couldn't make it more obvious even if you tried.

It's not rocket science to notice the patterns and the marketing trends between certain companies, it just takes general observation skills and common sense. I should know, I do marketing for companies all of the time.
