    Hello I made a support ticket recently in regards to the fanfest ticket I had purchased. I was unable to find my item code for the Rikku minion, so I went onto the official support website and make a ticket. However it would seem that I can not for the life of me figure out how to look up my ticket history? I have my ticket # and everything, but the site is very unclear as to how to look up the number. I googled it and apparently people have had a similar problem since 2013. Does anyone know how to actually pull up your ticket?

    Have you contacted Cleeng? Recommend doing that if not as that's probably all SE are going to say to you anyway (Cleeng was issuing the codes on SE's behalf and they're the ones that have the record of your purchase etc).

    It would have been sent via email though so the account address you joined with or the email on your Facebook etc if you joined using that instead. Might be in your junk folder?
