Idea for a new Raid

So I dreamed of this the other night. This was in first person by the way. A few fc members, some pugs, and I were loading into the instance. From what I could tell, it was a 16 or 24 man raid. The ground was golden and there was a wide flowing river ahead. We run towards the river and jump onto a kind of boat. The front has a wide rectangular flat platform and on the back of it was a control panel/room. One person from each alliance goes into the control area, while the rest takes on the boss. The boss appeared, it was this giant flying serpent that deals lightning spells. The boss mainly attacks from the front and the back. You deal more damage if attack him head on. To prevent damage to the control panel, the people on controls has to drive and make a u-turn to turn the boat around.

There were shields in there somewhere. I'm pretty sure there was a limit on fighting him, being on a flowing river would end up going off a waterfall. Not sure if the shields were used to prevent a wipe on the waterfall or if it was a timed mechanic. Before the waterfall, I woke up. I'm not sure if this can be done. I told it to a few fc members and they liked the sound of it. Either way, I thought I'd share the idea.
