THAT'S THE POINT. If GMs, server upkeep, etc cost x amount of dollars, and the development of 2.0 will cost 1000x (a thousand times x), and our subs amount to ~x, then.... dur, you're basically just paying for the basic stuff.

Sub fees will be just enough to cover upkeep costs like I said. Everything else is funded by the house.

The revenue from this will be negligible, just like the upkeep costs.

whats the point of this thread? is it just a complaint? because i dont know what "every feature known to man" your talking about.
your just worried you wont be able to complete everythign theyre adding from here till 2.0? you have an entire year to do so. and if you cant, then what is your solution? i just dont get the problem here.

there isnt going to be every feature known to man after 2.0 so i dont get what your talking about lol what exactly is your complaint? the subs? there isnt any other answer other than either you pay or dont. square enix has already said again and again that sub fees are happening by the end of the year regardless of anything.

I would of started paying at 1.19 aswell, now I am not sure I want to. I am a completionist. What if I am not able to tackle everything before 2.0 OH WELL its gone heres your new game...

There would be no sense in them charging if that was the way it is going to work, which it isn't. Please, take some time to go over the .pdfs or call YoshiP on his cell phone again and try to understand japanese a bit better.

So... because you're a completionist... you aren't willing to pay to play the content that'll only be available to people who choose to keep playing during 1.20-2.0, an otherwise perhaps tactically suboptimal choice for a lot of players.
