GC Squadron - Why isn't my squadron ready for this mission?

Hey there,
on other missions where I'm missing 200+ attribute points it says that they are equal to the task, but why not on the rank-up mission?

Rank-up missions always require you to be equal or above the required attributes. Since your blue heart is 317/325, you are missing points there.
But considering how much you have in the other stats, a quick attribute reallocation training should fix that

For most missions, what you have would be fine : two stats higher than the requirement, and one below. You would not be guaranteed to succeed, but you would have a good shot at it.

For the two promotion missions, however, if you are just one point shy in any of the three stats, you "are not ready" ... but that's ONLY for those two missions right now.
