Shorter elezen necks

Come now..not this complicated good people. Elezen necks are long for the same reason we have 2-4 races running around looking like preadolescant schoolgirls....its more palatable to the japanese culture. No,Im not being racist, go ahead and google long necks/Geisha eroticism/japan if ya doubt. Its considered beautiful. Consider the art styles ranging back from the Genji era (look at me like I know wtf Im talking about). I dunno...along with the ears, I guess it just supports the visual acknowledgement that they're not human.

In favor of sliders though. Hell..I want mom hips and a tush I can slap with a boat paddle for my femroe but Yoshi said no ; ;

I always compared the M!Elezan run to that of a dressage horse.

It has a high stepping gait that's intentionally taught as it's not a natural canter. To me, it adds to the pompous air that Elezan often give.

Why not ask for a sub option of half elf from Elezen? They could be Hyur with pointy ears and Elezen movement/ emote rigging. not like they don't already exist in the game...

I wont derail the thread, i only wish to make clear, i would actually enjoy Viera to be added.

Back on topic, i do feel that with enough demand, a request to use/ reallocate already existing art assets, and lore would not to be to out of the question.
That being said however i have always felt it was a shame that not more of the races had as much diversity as the Hyur Midlander/ Highlander option. As many have before shown interest in the idea of new tribes within existing race options, the retirement of the ps3 would be an excellent time to implement a third more diverse option to the other five races.

Elezen- The aforementioned Half elf

Roegadyne- Though i myself do not care for it there are some who wish for the Galka tail to make a comeback.

Miqo Te- Another i personally have no real opinion of, though i wouldn't mind a more fierce option, something more akin to the Woren of the Breath of Fire series (more muscular cat people think tiger/human hybrid)

AuRa- Newest of the bunch, however what was shown in concept was not what we got. I could care less for the bestial look, but the description of the Xaela practically demanded the female Xeala be a taller more muscular variant of the female Raen. Truly a missed opportunity.... However it has been noted that there are other AuRa tribes about, so come 4.0 (or 5.0) the induction of something like this would much welcomed.

I highly doubt the current races will any model alterations outside of additional options, but what you consider an "improvement" simply isn't to many others.

I want more ear and tail options on Miqo'te, and I'm all for the butt and hip sliders, but I don't want the current body type to completely vanish from character creator in favor of big hipped, rabbit eared women since a vocal set of players demanded it.

That's the kind of implication being put forth for Elezen. "Just change this arbitrary list of details that a bunch of us who won't play the race don't like, despite the thousand players who are actually using the model on their mains and alts, for my personal aesthetic preferences. Then it'll be better!"

That's a bit too selfish, I think.
