Code to download PS4 client is not yet valid

I did the PS3-PS4 upgrade yesterday, was provided with a 12 digit code from the Mog Station to download the client, but the PlayStation Store rejected my code with the unhelpfully vague suggestion that the code is either incorrect, already used, invalid, or not yet valid.

After a brief chat with SE support, it appears to be the latter; these codes are not yet valid to download the client. I've re-read all the information, but can't see anywhere that the codes would not be valid at once. Can we get some idea from the community team as to when we can expect these codes to go live?

Same for me, but in the Lodestone there is no indication about a time of validity.

You would most likely have to take that up with Sony I believe.

Look in your downloads list for the game. You won't need the code to work if you can find it there.
