Odin EU LF WHM for A12s (12%)

Hello, as already mentioned above, our static is looking for a skilled WHM for A12S progression! We are a semi-HC group of friends that have been playing together since Gordias and we like to clear the content fast while still having fun.

We downed A9S/A10S week 1 and A11S 2 days after! we reached (12%) on A12s alot of times but we been having trouble with one of our members so we are now looking for a replacement. We raid 4 days in the week sometimes 5 during progression for 3-4 hours a day, starting 7ST til 10/11ST.

We expect the WHM to know how to play his Job on a high level, beeing able to solo heal the easiest parts of the fights stuff that is really easy to heal like A9S/A10S with the Offhealer supporting him by using shields/Buffs/Debuffs/emergency heals when its needed! Pls be consistent while doing mechanics/heals, have the ability to adept fast to new stuff and have a good attitude that is very important for us. After the whole group is BIS we are aiming for Speedkills/Fflogs etc so we hope to find someone that is also interested in doing this things.
