Who do you think it will be? Who do you want? I would like a bomb, or a classic black mage (ff9) tribe. The Yuke from Crystal Chronicals would also be cool. Gigas might also be interesting.

I always thought Gigas would make a good tribe. They have a bit of lore behind them and I've always thought they were interesting.
Hecatoncheir (I probably mutilated that spelling) as well.
I'd love to see a beast tribe of Gaelicats. Learn how they build their flying contraption and eventually make one of our own so we could have a set of wings that match the lore.![]()
If we had a tribe of Gaelicats, we could bring back a few baby Vanu Vanu eggs for them to roll down a hill and see which one nestles in the ground first. Fair play after fetching the gaelikittens for the Vanu!
they'll most likely introduce something completely new, as they did in hw with vanus und those bugs
Tonberry and/or Cactar. Would lead into primals from previous summons as mentioned some of the new ones will be and the badlands theme of some of Ala Migo would be perfect for Cactar
Goblins and qi'qirn at least - also given Ala Mhigo's close proximity to the Black Shroud expect the sylphs and Ixal to also show up somewhere as well.
But yeah as ServerCollaps said above, in most likelihood SE will create entirely new beast tribes for Gyr Abania.
Tonberries are already in the game and they're not beastmen (they're actually people from the fallen city of Nym mutated by a magical disease created thousands of years ago by the rival mage city of Mhach in the War of the Magi - the Wanderer's Palace's storyline and the SCH Job quests go into detail about them). Needless to say they almost definitely will not be appearing here as their history has already been featured.

Tonberry beast tribe quests would be awesome!
But, if we're looking back at old games, FFVII's Moombas, please, and make Greiver their primal.
Moombas!! <3 eep so much yes.
Also, unless i'm missing something there's a beast tribe we don't get to see the good side of isn't there? There's some around Bronze Lake, Mamool something?
I think I met one that was a dance teacher once but that's all (that I know at least) :/
I simply can't agree with that as we could easily further explore their background and stories via the format used for beast tribe daily quests.Tonberries are already in the game and they're not beastmen (they're actually people from the fallen city of Nym mutated by a magical disease created thousands of years ago by the rival mage city of Mhach in the War of the Magi - the Wanderer's Palace's storyline and the SCH Job quests go into detail about them). It's totally possible they could add them in the same way as Churning Mist Moogles were.
Viangaa were mentioned a few times in-game and seeing how the devs don't mind making april fools stuff into a reality in-game I would not be surprised if Viangaa turned out to be a beast tribe.
Otherwise, we were never given an clues that Gnath and Vanu Vanu existed in eorzea. I actually prefer if we learn more about the existing tribes we already have instead of introducing more.
We've got plenty that we don't know about such as: Qiqirn, Hecontiers, Gigas would be especially nice to see more of since they're have a connection to the Crystal tower/ Allagans
