Item went missing from my inventory

Hey, so I had this problem few weeks ago where my Scion Rogue's Boots disappeared from my inventory, maybe I discarded it but I don't remember doing so, I searched everywhere for it. Since I paid for the item I thought hopefully I could get it restored somehow or use my 1 item recover that I can request. I tried contacting the GMs in game and by email but they said to come here so hopefully someone can help me here....
