This quest requires that you bring 10 Raven-black velveteen to outside Copperbell Mines and perform 10 synthesis with them.

Since the update that simplified synthesis, it doesn't look like you can obtain the moss that makes the dye to make the Raven-black velveteen anymore.

The quest needs to be changed to allow you to bring either regular velveteen or something else, because it is impossible to complete right now.
