Well, the problem with this is that we've already put down two of the Warring Triad, so there's not much opportunity for Regulas to get Phenominal Cosmic Power. Not to mention the fact that Regulas's personality is about as far from Kefka's as you can possibly get. I just don't see him trying to build a monument to non-existence anytime soon! He needs to be walloped with the crazy bat a few more times before that's in the cards.

Three times, actually! We fought him in the MSQ (solo), in ARF (party), and again in Warring Triad (solo).
