I have a similar problem. I purchased mine right before things started too. And the code says that it has already been used. I assumed that it was a problem with Cleeng having sent me a bad code somehow, so i emailed them on Friday, and beyond the standard "we will look into this" reply, have not heard anything since from them.

I am not really sure what I should do here, but I am getting kind of nervous. The items were not the only reason I got the stream, but I do think I should get everything I paid $29.99 for.
