Pretty accurate statement but it's not so bad in certain fights. A11 normal, A12 normal, and Sophia Extreme for example have enough times where you need to move or the boss jumps that TP should never be an issue no matter what tank you are. In Xelphatol/Gubal also the DPS requirements aren't so high that you'll have TP issues unless both your DPS disconnect at the start of a boss fight.
