Advice for managing TP for PLD?

I recently got PLD to 60 and geared up. I went into A9 and I was drained of just about all of my TP at the 50% mark. I've heard that PLD's had issues with TP but I didn't think it would be this bad. Anything I can do to make sure I don't run out this early?

Tell your dps to deal finaly some dmg and make sure your gear has not to much Skill Speed because it is not usefull at all to meld extra speed as PLD (you should remeld your sword because the materias you used are useless because +0, also meld crit and det instead of speed, because more dps = faster kills = less tp issues).

Usualy you don't have tp issues in there except your overall dps is extremly low or you have way to much SS.
