Ala Mhigo is the Garlean Empire. They've held the city for over twenty years and built their own on top of it. I agree that it's likely Doom Train will be reserved for when we visit Garlemald itself but it's definitely possible that it'll appear in 4.0.

I think those will be the gods of the Ascian. We already saw a Belias-egi, and, of course...Zodiark.

On the other hand it would be nice if the scions could for once talk someone out of summoning their god.

You had some quests like that in 1.x where you could "parley". I think the idea was fun, even if the minigame itself was weird.

Lightly joked on during Fanfest Q&A, Yoshi said if ever we would fight Doomtrain that it would have to be in the Garlean Empire.

That said, a raid against Doomtrain would be tight. Could be a Primal that the Garleans actually succeeded in controlling, and made it into their own.

Yoshie-P said that we would get a lot of primals in SB- Dunno how much is a lot. If we consider Enkidu, Thordan and Phoenix all primals ARR had 11 and HW had/has/will have 7 with Zurvan included, assuming wqe don't get any new regular primal.
