diamond bell - new idea in game.

Welcome.

We have more than 50 dungeons in game, each of them have unique sets for many jobs but we can't just "try it" outside the dungeons because no one npc or maker board don't have it. So my idea is new item - diamond bell, like crystal bell already exists in the game. That item will transfer us to character creation room where we will able to "try on" all items in the game on full screen nice light and get information where we can get that items.

Oh I enjoy playing dress-up... but I'm afraid that I will end up expending my whole day trying outfits instead of actually playing the game xD

I already expend half of my day trying hairstyles >.<

This is something I thought they should add to the libra eorzea app. Make it so we could build gear sets to view the looks and stats on our character.

I would also like this in the app rather than ingame (far too many development resources, this is more work than adding an actual glamour wardrobe). Kinda like a more interactive version of this http://ffxiv.eorzeacollection.com/

i like it but as others have suggested its maybe a bit overly complicated the way you've suggested. i think maybe an npc outside the entrance to each dungeon that just has a list of the items you can get from that specific dungeon would be good enough and just use the basic try on feature thats already in the game

You can say it about items from grand company hunts or other activities. But in general you have bunch of npc spread over world and now you need read wiki where they are. I like have all item in one place. Just click go to character configuration, dress up and try on everything what game offer, check where you can get it and do that dungeons, hunts or other stuff.

At first i tought it was about an improved glamour system with the bell "holding" an aetherial copy of all the pieces of gear we ever held so we could empty our retainers...

thats true. i was thinking would be a good way to get players out in the open world a little bit which is somethin the game struggles with atm. if glamour is the true endgame, best to stick it in the open world right?
