and you can do stuff that doesn't need trinity-que - you can go PotD for example, which doesn't require all roles; or leves, beast tribe quests, fates.
The first week of a new expansion is very important though, and you only have to look at other MMOs where new classes are implemented (especially DPS) to see that queue times get thrown off heavily because everyone wants to try the new jobs. Demon Hunters in Legion gave 45+ minute queues while it was instant for healers and almost the same for tanks despite there being a DH tank spec. While there is other content to level classes other than dungeons and following the MSQ, it's still the number one thing people will be doing when the expansion hits. I can't see people wanting to do old content when there's new stuff available.

The starting level of the new jobs will play an interesting role that also limits the amount of content you can do on them. Personally I'd rather level my current main (which is DPS) to 70 and then try out RDM afterwards, but I know others will prefer to jump straight onto the new jobs and throw the current balance off kilt. I agree it'll level out as time goes by and people will tend to stick to their preferred role, but it will still be more DPS than there was before if they choose to only put DPS classes in.
