I haven't been able to bring myself to roll a roulette recently out of fear that I'll royally screw up because I forgot everything.

don't worry about this, most of the things in roulettes are very simple, and if the absolute worst happens (you forgot everything and somehow die instantly) most of the things in the roulettes could still be finished anyway
