There Is No Dancer (yet)

I wonder how they would incorporate a cloth weapon for us as a dancer? The weapon choice for dancer interests me since Nin already have daggers. What do you guys think?

Well seeing that one can cut with paper, cloth itself would suffice maybe? With fast movements and such

I don't think they'd really use cloth. That's way too far-fetched.
I could see them having 2-handed daggers/swords with a different combat style. It didn't stop CNJ/WHM and THM/BLM for having similar weapons, or GLA/PLD and DRK even though it's not fair to compare the two since GLA/PLD uses a sword and a shield which the game considers as 2 in 1, since they both drop at the same time and the token costs are split between them these days.

There's also chakrams for DNC.

That's why I included 2-handed swords or 2-handed daggers with a different combat style. Also I've already said it didn't stop CNJ/WHM and THM/BLM to have similar weapons. Cane, Rod, in the end they're both sticks.

I think the chakrams would be cool. I just looked up them up. If they did the hidden knife, the could make gauntlet a unique design.
