There Is No Dancer (yet)

Some of her moves do indeed, HINT a dancer.

A good theory I saw was the people of ala mihgo created the dancing style to hide their martial arts training under the garlean rule.

Now that's a very interesting story I could get behind.
But for the most part, she does look like a Monk with a tinge of dancer perhaps as a hint.
I might rule out this lady is not Yda, why would they suddenly mention Yda having a sister out of the blue?
This could be her sister being a Monk AND something else. It could very well be a mix, just like Bard being supportive DPS thing.
But that would rule out Dancer being a healer, and a support melee DPS which would probably upset a lot of people
since most people want either RDM/SAM as a DPS. So we're back at fighting slots there. So it's kinda hard to pick and choose right now.
I hope she's NOT a dancer only because I want Dancer to be a healer, she ain't healing no one with that one punch down below.
Unless DNC is a tank, SAM is a DPS, and RDM a healer, which I pray it not...but who knows? The only thing we're missing in question is a healer job.
Samurai and Red Mage have already been hinted (mostly RDM), we should get more hints in the other 2 Fan Fests.
We can't infer much on like a 2 minute video. :/

To me, it looks like a CGI version of Fists Of Wind...with a different color. But since WoL's Fists of Fire also have an abnormal color, that's not a big deal.

Unless DNC is a tank, SAM is a DPS, and RDM a healer, which I pray it not...but who knows? The only thing we're missing in question is a healer job.

I am guessing that Sam will be a tank class this time around, for no other reason than it would almost single-handedly solve the lack of tanks and queue time problems the game is suffering from right now. That kind of silver bullet solution would be very appealing to the devs.

What if, this is a precursor of a sub job system like in FFXI and she is actually a DNC/MNK.

We are still suffering from the dang lack of tanks even when putting DRK in there.
They need to stop putting everyone most wanted job as a tank.
People just don't like tanking as much as DPSing, luckily, people like healing a lot more because queue times in Aether end-game, are rarely instant.
Yosh himself said he wanted SAM to be a DPS. So if he follows with what he says, we are limiting the options
to what RDM will be.
