Go into whatever job that you want to go into, and explain why you think she is that job. People are suspecting Dancer, because there are things that suggest Dancer. If you saw something that suggested Geomancer, go ahead.

To throw a wrench in that particular argument, due to trouble balancing Scholar against Summoner, the devs have said that they are not going to ever have branching jobs again.

The Dev's have said a lot of things that didn't always hold true. Things change over time.

Go into whatever job that you want to go into, and explain why you think she is that job. People are suspecting Dancer, because there are things that suggest Dancer. If you saw something that suggested Geomancer, go ahead.

She's an Assassin because she has a wrist blade.
She's a Dragoon because she can jump very high.
She's a Red Mage because she's wearing a red outfit.
She's a Geomancer because she dances, and it's widely known that Dance was used by Mog in FFVI to unleash effects based on a specific type of environement, which is the gameplay of Geomancer.
She's a Blue Mage because she's wearing a red outfit...come on, if she was wearing a blue outfit, it would have been too obvious, so the red outfit clearly is a disguise...and once the WoL hit her with the rush attack, she's able to learn it and use it back.

And instead of this being more and more evidence of Monk, she now is able to mimic other jobs because that is what Dancer does instead of you know, dance?

Of course ! She's a Mime, that's why she can copy some of the moves the WoL monk uses !

Or, maybe, just maybe...she's a Monk, because she punches, she kicks, she use the same battle stance as the WoL MNK, she does warm-up moves like chinese monks and she emits the same kind of energy that the WoL does, only with a different color.
