    EDIT: No, not /thread. In all sincerity, I figured the Dancer could be like a certain Chinese mythological figure, who has a Jade Rabbit following her around, saying, "Sick moves!"
    i would be SUPER ok with this, but then again i'm not a big fan of final fantasy as a whole so maybe that would be the apocalypse or something

    It kinda would be, yes. Red Mage had been part of Final Fantasy since there very first game 29 years ago and its feathered hat and rapier are considered very very very iconic.

    It would definitely piss off the red mage fans and possibly the dancer fans as well.
