Dragoon Discrimination has to end

The only Dragoon I have ever made fun of has been my IRL friend who mains it. Even he makes fun of himself, usually because he died to something really dumb. Otherwise I have never made jokes at other people's expense simply because of their class.

Every time I intend to add a lancer class, the jokes on dragoons scare and prohibit me. I doubt if dragoons really die that much, and at last give up the idea.
Thanks to all my teams in duty roulette, though some of the mates are not good at playing, none let dragoons die more than others. Neither come the jokes. And, LB of dragoon is really amazing. I enjoy watching when they use it, if they remember to use.

DRG's aren't that bad, just watch out for blood for blood and animation lock with jump.

Other than that they do a ton of DPS.

I think the DRG jokes would intensify if there was some bug with pathing that would make him fall off and die.

I use dragoon jokes as a way to tell them it's okay if they mess up.

Or I say they're tanking the floor for us if someone goes off on the DRG for dying.

I personally don't mind banter. I joke about myself heaps whenever I play Bard or Astro (Someone call for a useless healer? Here I am <3). People just need to be aware that there's a time and place for these things. Sometimes it's not going to be appropriate to joke about these things because some people might take it seriously or just not be in the mood for it.

It's not really that difficult to understand this and to have some empathy for the people you're playing with.

that something that will not disappear, since it's soo easy to mess up a jump and end up into an aoe that will make you tank the floor, *do have drg 60* do it bother me? not really, one of my friend play dragoon and is the one joking about it. if i die, i'm good for a: "wait you don't play dragoon! stop tank the floor idiot!" or stuff like this.

the banter bother you? turn it to your advantage, if people look down on you, show them how good you are by trying always to be the best! and like some have said, be the last to stay alive and such.... for make them say, ok this one is not a loldrg but a good dragoon!
