    Aquariums

Why only four fish when there are already annoying size restrictions? Four copper fish in a Tier Four Aquarium looks sad and only having only one XL fish looks lonely, the medium fish options look ugly. I couldn't even put the fish that I want to in there since they're not Aquarium fish.

I have a Tier 2 aquarium and the Coral Butterfly fish are really cute. I was hoping to be able to have more, but it only holds 2 smmall fish, but I like my small aquarium.

More fish will be added, just gotta be patient. I'm killing time waiting on something prettier (I'm hoping betas or fighting fish make the cut next time) by hunting that elusive bony-tongue for my tank.
Seriously, that stupid red fish has become my white whale. -.-

Get creative with tank decor. You can use the floating items trick to sink the Stuffed Takitaro or Stuffed Mazlaya Marlin in the tank so it looks like you have a large fish without using up one of your fish slots. Put a low table under the aquarium so you can put table top decorations inside to take up space. Vigil Piece looks like a cute sandcastle, Dead Man's Chest seems like an aquarium staple. You can sink the flower pots and planted partitions in the tank to make it look more densely grown. Creativity is king.

Those are really good ideas, thanks. The Dead Man's Chest looks pretty cool, I wonder if the Dead Man's Chest would fit into my Tier 2 aquarium though. I saw it into a tier 4 aquarium so I'm worried it would not fit into mine. Could it be possible to place a Dead Man's Chest into my tier 2 aquarium?

What's the size difference between a tier 3 and a tier 4? I know the fish count is different, just more curious about the size difference. Is it even really noticeable?

Tier 3 has a capacity of 4, Tier 4 has a capacity of 7. Unless you're talking about how much space it takes up in a House, I wouldn't know the answer to that. Tier 4 Aquarium is the largest piece of furniture I've ever had though.

Space in the house is exactly what I was talking about. I guess I should just craft the tier 3 and not permanently place it, or see if it lets me at least measure it up to the size of the one in my FC house. Only one per house of course so not sure if it will even let me select it for placement.

Dead Man's Chest is too big for the T-2, I have one and tried it.

I like the aquariums, I really do, they add a hint of life to a home and that to me is a very nice touch I am happy they exist.

I do not however like the 1/estate restriction. I realize this games housing is highly restrictive in every aspect .. but would love to be able to add at least 1/floor.

Would also like the ability to alter the lighting intensity of the aquarium and the lighting color I have added my own lighting but it has minimal results, would like some LED style lighting designed specifically for the aquariums. (intense settlings, color changing etc)

I agree with the op, many more fish would be cool.

    Please consider SE
