What would be interesting for these screen shots is the number of people in que. If the number is less then 24 (a refreshes counts yourself) you can blame the player base. But on Aether will have quite a few ques with 24+ in que but no pop.

I never tried 8v8 during that time of day, mainly because I usually have much more success with frontlines (shatter/seal rock) in the earlier hours than I do in the late hours.

Ah, okay. That matches up with my experiences then, I can get Frontlines to actually pop during my login time on good days (not a lot, but it does pop at least). Whereas the time you're saying 8v8 picks up is a couple hours after I leave for the night, so I guess I'm missing the window of opportunity completely.

Why would that affect anything about Frontline queue time?

Everyone should know by now to restart the q after 30min also on Aether you even get sealrock/slaughter pops on a regular base probably cause of WT.

This and que manually instead using roulette if possible.

Is there any actual experiments supporting this, or is it just anecdote / community legend? Because I've tried it in all the proposed ways — Roulette, no Roulette; Reset queue, don't reset queue — and ended up with basically the same average number of matches in a session.

It's not the worst pvp class especially since now they can spam aoe bind, but it's definitely still outmatched by the other tanks.

Propably not worse than DRK but both casters are kinda weak nowdays because they get constantly nerfed even when its not needed imo, mode and player skill ofc has alot to do with this but your average BLM's or SMN's are pretty weaksauce. Friend saw DRK with battle high/fever yesterday in FL so i guess there are couple skilled DRK's out there that can make it work, lack of selfheals are the reason why i personally dont use it as it doesnt fit for my playstyle(getting healed in pvp is nice bonus for me not something i except to get in there).

10:00am-12:30pm- Shatter (zZzZzzZ)
12:30pm-3:00pm - Shatter/4-8man Feast...but more than 30 wait time.
4:00pm-7:00pm- Shatter-16-20 min wait time
7:00pm-12:00am- 8-man Feast! Less than 5 min ques, woooo!~
12:00am-1:45am- 4-man Feast..shhhh, all decent peeps asleep by now.
1:45am-5:00am- Chubby milf po- ..uh...

Typically I start queueing 8v8 around 9PM EST, and it's almost non-stop queues for the whole night. At least it has been for the week.

Because every night that the (almost) the same 16 or 30 ppl que again and again... Like you and me XD
