Should I transfer or wait for the cross-server Party Finder?

During the live stream it was asked if mergers was going to be coming, Yoshi-P said they will wait and see how the cross-server party finder works out before they consider doing merger (just paraphrasing, it's not word-for-word), and the raid finder is a joke if you haven't cleared the content, I have waited over 1 1/2 hours no mater what the role I chose to get in Thordon EX since no one will chose the option to go in "Duty Incomplete" option once cleared, and we tried Party Finder and waited for 2 hours and the most we got was 6 people at one time, so we switched to Ravana Bird farm, our preformed party couldn't do it but we did finish with randoms, so what would y'all recommend? stay for cross server party finder or transfer? also once the cross-server party finder comes would you use it? (provided it is able to be toggled on/off).

and here is a picture of what the raid finder looks like, to be honest we did have all but 1 tank at the 45 min point.

this is why we ask "Should we fork over $36.00 and transfer to another server, or wait till cross-server PF?
