We already have access to the minions, so why not just let us get the clothes, too? This is a little ridiculous. We have to wait FIVE MONTHS for glams we've already paid for?
"Tanks don't read chat, they just type in it."
Minions are exclusive, the outfits are from all 3 fanfests. (Each fanfest has a different exclusive minion).
Doesn't change the fact that it's months after paying that the items are delivered. You might expect that if you where ordering a grand piano, but not for this.
FFXIV - eu Always back of the bus.
You have almost an entire year to pay and get the outfits so technically the only reason you buy in now is to actually watch the stream/get the minion so if you wanted the outfits you could just wait till Feb and buy in.

Is this not downright false advertising?
It is a no brainer that many of us got the stream mostly because of the glamours, so to change the release date AFTER purchase and after all is said and done feels incredibly unfair.
Many of us would have waited for our own festival (to maybe attend in person) if it was not for the glamours.
This feels very cheap : /

I made a GM ticket over this ><
Momo~~~
How is it false advertising? It was listed that you would not get the clothing items until after the fanfest in Europe was done. It is not SE fault you did not read all the information before buying the stream. It was clearly stated in the information you would not receive the outfit until after the Europe fanfest and you would get tokens to hang on to.Is this not downright false advertising?

The fact the hid it and nowhere in promo mails was mentioned it is false advertising.

It's not false advertising, they didn't say you'd get outfits right away, you just assumed that. Their own further information says:
You will be able to exchange the “Dream of the Fayth” token items for either the Abes’ attire or High Summoner attire after the conclusion of the Fan Festival in Europe. Be sure to hold onto them!
