I hope they don't do that. BRD and ARC just don't really meld together. You have your BRD skills and your ARC skills, and they never quite marry.

possible, a revamped cross class system for roles could very well let us customize to some degree.
About the unique weapon thing, i mean i feel like its going to eventually become hard to make new jobs based on weapons, and not give jobs a choice, another means of customizing thats held back by the current system, if it makes sense{its also very unlike a FF game to have jobs only use 1 weapon type only)
