I want Red Mage to be a healer that does higher dps than the rest of the healers. That's just my opinion.

Red Mage and Dancer often wear red... what if Red Mage is also Dancer? MP will be used for Waltzes and Sambas (can use one or the other depending on stance) and TP will be used for Flourishes and Steps.

Just to clarify, while RDM is the premier jack of all trades job of the franchise, Dancer has also, spanning multiple installments, served substantially different purposes. It was only (to the best of my knowledge) a dedicated healer in FFXI. In FF Tactics it specialized in AOE debuffs, and in FFV it was DPS. DNC, just as RDM, really can go several routes (crossing my fingers for a DoW healer though =p)

Rdm is completely possible. I mean they did announce they're reworking the combat system/ablities. So a real hybrid is a high possibility.
