    Final Fantasy Iphone

There should be a final fantasy for Iphone. With GPS tracking and google map fonction.

If you are a player , you creat a character: race , name , classe , etc. You can see it , simple display. Inventory menu , basic stuff like this.

If you are a RL buisness you could buy in-app fonctions such as

    - Quests
    - Forest with X trees
    - Gold mine with X gold nuggets (ex)
    - Potions, scrolls, items
    - Dongeon with X monsters
    - NMs
    - Gears and weapon
    - Inns with X rooms
    - Special items related to quest
    - Story pieces
    - Church

As a player, you could see on google map an icon saying that theres is a forest at your starbuck, or a armor shop at some clothes shop near you.

There you walk in the bluetooth/wifi range of the iphone with the forest or the monsters and then you farm, kill or trade. If its a big monster, you have to bring friends, you can cure them, you can do whatever you usually do in a FF party. Game music change if you are fighting, farming , or whatver your doing.

To revive a char you have to go to the church. To heal without item you have to stop at a Inn, to get a quests you have to go to a "leves counter", etc.

When solo you can craft mats you farmed or you can chat on the server to organize attacks or quests. You could also go PVP online to chalenge your character with others.

If you already been to a place in RL, you get a chocobo to get there again even if you stay at home. This until the in-app purshased is out and buisness buy a new one.

Win-win relation for the customers and the buisness owner.

There could be a story, where important story point are buyable in-app. So when you want to know the next part of the story , you have to go to the nearest mcdonald that bought the part of the story. (theres icons showing you this)

If you decide to create leves, you could design it. Like : you choose on map where the mobs, item will be. This way players can accept or refuse depending on the RL difficulty. Like if the dragon is at the top a montain, you would like or not. But if you accept it, you have to go to the top of the montain, when GPS see that you arrived , you begin boss battle with boss music

If you are a buisness, you could buy big monster, long to kill and need lot of players killing it. Then you can keep people at your place for a while. Same for forest, stuff like that.
Thats it, would kick ass. Its a good buisness model, free for players, and great way to have fun on iphone.

    What do you think?

I'm not sure what this has to do with FFXIV but...

at a first glance it sounds like a great idea but I think in practice it would just be a giant pain in the ass. It may work better in a city but in places like where I am, there's hardly anything in walking distance and I'm sure as hell not driving somewhere just to carry out some in-game function.

No offense, but theres is post about cats. I'm just talking for fun Yeah i know it would be pain if you live in a city with nothing in walk distance. But for most people it would be great I think.

'tis definitely not something FFish, but it does look like an interesting game/business idea. Might want to keep that one under your hat lest I steal it and sell the concept.
