I bought Final Fantasy Heaven (don´t enter to Ishgard)

I bought Final Fantasy Heaven so I go to Coerthas central highlands and Gateguard said "In order to enter Ishgard, you must first meet the following requirements: You must have registered a product key for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward to your service account. You must have completed the main secenario quest "Before the Dawn." You must be currently undertaking the quest "Coming to Ishgard." To review your quest progression, select Duty from the main menu,followed by Journal."

I check Moogle Delivery Service and Opened is You have no opened letters/unopened.
I don´t see Journal with "Before the Dawn"
I don´t understand but I have conjurer (White Mage) 51 level. How I do for enter Ishgard ?

If you haven't got it in your journal that means you haven't gotten that far in the MSQ yet.

In order to enter the Gates beyond Ishgard you must have completed all of the ARR MSQ.

So just continue doing the MSQ and it should lead you to Ishgard.

It's a shame that Heavensward's sales info doesn't have a HUGE RED WARNING that yuou have to complete the WHOLE OF ARR before you can access the expansion you just paid for.

You have to finish all of the pre-Heavensward patch content, not just the original game's story. If you haven't lost your novice status, you aren't far enough.
