    FINAL FANTASY XIV has stopped working

    I have been getting this error since yesterday. I have reinstalled the game and am still getting this error. I did a restore on my system back to when I knew I was not having any issues with launching the game. I still am having the same issue. Every time I click on the green start button on the launcher, this error pops up.

    "FINAL FANTASY XIV has stopped working
    A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

    What do I do now? I have Windows 7.

    I don't know exactly what I did to fix it, I think my speakers were plugged into the wrong port. Why that would affect the game launching, I have no idea.
