    'An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.(2) (45d

    So I've been having this issues in some parts of the map, the last one is in Southern Thanalan, yesterday in Ul'dah - Steps of Thal. The loading screen takes extra long, then I can run for a distance and then my game just locks up. When I log back in I can only see the ground. Sometimes when I log in if I mount and unmount I'll be able to see and control my character again

    The loading screen takes extra long loading and not out of this screen, can't open up any UI Windows and The only thing I can do is type in chat, and commands like "/return" don't work, the 'Esc' botton to logout the game don't work..

    Please help me with this problem..

    Same thing started happening to me. I've tried a driver reinstall, some reinstall of HD drivers, going to turn on /busy and see if its related to someone sending a tell that crashes the game. Whats odd is it just started doing it last night. It was fine for HOURS before then, now suddenly- Wierdness. I suppose its possible that some piece of hardware has gone dodgy, but interesting that our 2 games had the EXACT same issue, with the EXACT same error code.

    Great :P.. And there is no solution to this? Is a game error i think, the company have to fix the error...

    Hello. Hey, you keep the problem or you managed to solve it ?? I copied the 2 folders of the game of my brother and I moved to my portable, but still all the same ... the error persists... today took 30 mints to appear ... when I call restainers ... not appeared .. The music is gone and when try to teleporting was the black screen .. I always have to restart the portable as the act of locking tasks.

    Does any administrator here or someone can give even a help ?? Damn, this is a PAID game ... is not a free game already sent mail and so far no response either by mail or here .. HELP IS NEEDED!! PLEASE

    Sorry that I can't help with your actual problem, but no sorry Square Enix themselves don't reply to support issues via these forums. These forums are really for players to help other players. You'd need to contact Square Enix directly (email, phone, ticket in game etc.) for actual support.

    One thing you could try though, you said you copied the game files from your brothers computer, have you tried logging in on his? (as you). If that works okay then you'd know it was a problem with your computer/installation rather than your account (I appreciate it doesn't help fix the problem, but it narrows it down a bit at least).

    I played today in the computer of my brother with my logging and went well, at least they were almost 3 hours and nothing happened ... and so I think it's installation problem on my computer, I will install in the (C) where Windows is, before I had the (D) .. Let's see if that solves the problem ... If anyone knows of any please solution say, thank you.

    Something you can try just because.
    -turn off computer
    -Turn off power supply (pull the plug, switch, etc)
    -Hold power button for about 5 sec until all goes quiet
    -Turn PSU on
    -Turn computer on

    I think I already solved the problem, uninstalled the root of the game, went to regeddit and wiped out everything that had to do with Final Fantasy, I returned to install the game and this time this Windows in the drive (C) and not in another disk (D) .. I've been playing about 4 hours, went from side to side of the map and leave for one of the arrows, teleport me, fight, do missions, I changed job Archer to Ninja, Botanist to Miner ..
