I actually think that we may get all -na spells consolidated into Esuna. Or at least, I can hope. Haha. And I agree about AM. It'll probably be stripped off.

More than that you have the 6 elemental dot spells Choke, ect. Even then you have all your abilities like Roaming Soul.
So Esuna, Cure, Curega, Protect, Shell, Stoneskin, Chainspell, Roaming soul, Spirit Dart, Tranquility. Thats 10 still no room for elemental magic.
Please just understand that CNJ is a healer not a nuker. You might get a few offensive spells for solo but I doubt they will be the elemantal magic.

Don't be silly. There's a whole thread devoted to this discussion already, but I'll drop the basic gist of it here as well:
It is much more likely that CNJ will learn all 6 elemental versions of a single spell in 1 rank, having it count as a single skill in the form of a set of spells.
Considering actions are learned every 4 ranks post 1.20, I find your suggestion of counting each elemental version of the same nuking spell separately towards the 15 silly and very unlikely as that would mean it takes 24 levels to gain them.
The question is how that many skills get accommodated on the limited space of the action bar.
There will be no tiered spells, so one cure, one raise. DOTs are not needed (could just be BLM abilities). CNJ is not WHM. CNJ will have WHM access, but it is not WHM. So, my nine spells + esuna + shell + protect + stoneskin. That about covers everything, right? People have suggested that maybe DOTs could be combo effects for spells, which would make sense, as well as equip soughspeak, etc. will be available as traits and not as individual abilities. This is all speculation, of course.Cure

I've come to terms with CNJ having WHM as its job, but CNJ itself has all the lore to back it up as keeping the elemental spells. It's a fundamental aspect of the class.
Where does it say that toggle for protect+shell will be removed? I'm actually curious, not confronting you about this.
Let's reel it back in folks and get back on topic to how the OP feels "cheated" with one rank 50 (CON), one rank 39 (GLD), and a rank 43 (THM) and no other jobs even started.

I'm sorry but if you have Cure, Shell, Protect, Stoneskin, Curaga then you are a healer. The original idea(?) from the original dev team is basically being tossed out the window. So whatever you thought about XIV then will be forever changed by Yoshi-P and the new dev team. If Conjurer is heading in a direction you do not like, then what can anyone do really? Besides, leveling up sentinel, I'm sorry, was not hard. CON/THM/GLD with a shield and you're set. The fact they are taking the skills away doesn't bother me because I play CON all the time and I know my role in my parties. I'm a healer. Perhaps in the future should it be deemed necessary for CON/THM or WHM/BLM to have unique sentinel skills then sure. Otherwise, keep popping those Cure IIs and IIIs.
