    Suggestion : get tomes with fate when you reach level 60 on fate

    Usualy i do Fates if i have to wait,
    wait a long DF queue , wait for a pf to get full, queuing to pvp
    it would be great to have a way to get somes tomes with openworld things, we have already this with map, but it have a cost.
    So for exemple get some tomes when we can't get exp because we are aleady level 60 on fate.

    Id like more seals, maybe a way to trade seals for tomes at a stupid amount but I dont think getting tomes from fates would be wise. would make them.. too lucrative?
