You can't care for every stupid little problem someone may have.

In that case, very soon there will be players complaining they are only told to "Run, or you will die!!" by an NPC instead of colorful icons showing them what to do because they are slow readers or don't understand what "RUN AWAY" means.
We'll need ingame calculators too, for people who are bad with maths, or just shut down the whole game for those who are bad with computers..?
Sorry to take things to extremes, but seriously, just because 1% of the players don't know the meaning of basic words and don't get how the <pos> thing works, it's not necessary to think of solutions to this "problem".
