Squadron Outfits and Weapons.

So I recently noticed that as your squadron members level up, their outfits and weapons change to... well higher level looking ones.

How frequently or every how many levels do they update their gear?

It seems to be every 15 levels. So there gear will change from 15>30>45>60.

I can't help thinking that their gear should be GC gear of appropriate levels, but I guess that would not work for the 'joke' recruits.

One of my recruits at 30 is now wearing Maelstrom gear.

I have some level 30 recruits that are in Darklight Gear, but noticed that some changed gear at level 20 to the Infantry set or the Odin set, as well.

My Gladiator has reached 40 and is now wearing the tank gear from CT1 (with Titan's shield and Garuda's sword)

Also, from what I've heard the gear is different between the two tanks (before 40, Marauder is blue while Gladiator is white) and casters (Darklight for Thaumaturge and Vanya for Arcanist), but I don't know for Pugilist (Lancer and Rogue are wearing the same Darklight gear between 30 and 40 (not before 30 tough)

My other recruits are nearly 40, so I'm quiet impatient to see what they'll be wearing ^^

I didn't get a chance to look at my lv40 conjurer, darnit I sent her back out too fast.

I wonder what the rest of my crew will change into. I wish I could send them on missions simultaneously.

The weird thing is that Raelthota (femroe ACN) was one of my very first recruits, and while everyone else has upgraded their gear, she's almost level 40 and is still rocking the light steel set and goat leggings she came in with. Maybe she's just glamouring it, I dunno.
