Petyr Winsome: I'd heard reports of the Empire ramping up their offensive, have they been giving you much trouble?

Dakin Reyes: I have heard they may be in cahoots with the beastmen in their attempt to summon the Primals. This troubles me
Petyr Winsome: That is disturbing, Come to think of it I had heard rumors of them doing that with the Gigas...
Dakin Reyes: Gigas...I am not familiar. Is this some race of giants not yet on the mainland of Eorzea?
Petyr Winsome: But then again, just rumors I have heard from various adventurers. They do sound big though don't they.
Dakin Reyes: Certainly sounds like children's fairy-tales, at least we can hope that is all they are.
Petyr Winsome: Indeed, such an alliance would be disasterous.
Dakin Reyes: It sure is hard to discern truth from exaggeration these days, with all the rumors about.
Dakin Reyes: But that is your job, not mine!
Petyr Winsome: Well I must be off to get these notes to my editor. You have all been a great help, thank you kindly.

But i don't think we have ever seen a concept picture of Shiva in the entire development of this game.
Even since Yoshi-P has taken charge.

but Yoshida said that Shiva WILL BE in the Game. he mentiones ramuh as well. I think it was the discussion about the summoner job. and he said there will be primals like shiva and ramuh... and the summoner wont be able to summon them (like the others like ifrit etc.)

i dont want to look for the quote right now... but im VERY SURE, that Shiva will be in the game... i mean which primal we should see otherwise for the Ice element if not shiva?

The katakana for the first picture says that that mob is called a 'cyclops', the second picture is a 'knight' mob ;D

These are quite early concepts so alot is subject to change, and Cyclops Knight is a bit generic imo, the names could have been up in the air when they made these concepts so they decided to just use these generic names, we will probably see the names change, and I would thing to Iron Giant (FF feeling, and they look damn similar to Iron Giants, just with garlean armor on) and Gigas

I just logged on and Alfgar was in Gridania saying that the imperials were at Emerald Moss with some beasts that have never been seen before. I ported straight there but think it had finished as Roysia was not there like he said. I got back to Gridania and Alfgar had also disaperared. Has anyone taken part in this event i have not seen Alfgar talk about anything but the assult in Coerthias recently! Maybe this was part of the recent maintenance??
