Need or greed bro. If you're concerned about endgame linkshells getting items quicker why are you against it?
Do you know what need or greed is? It refers to a system where either all members have a pop up with two buttons which say "need" or "greed" placing you into two categories for randoms, or a system wherein you can only "need" if you are the class the item belongs to. It doesn't work in a multi-class one character game such as FFXIV where I might be playing a number of classes on occasion that are not my main.
I'm in a real endgame LS. We are capable of sorting our loot out ourselves like adults.
Loot list, master looter {can I have it?}

They will implement the system according to how FFXIV works. And also, Yoshida has already acknowledged our dissatisfaction with the current system and plans to change it.
