EU Fanfest 2016 - NA/JP account holders can prepurchase?

Yes, anyone from any region can also purchase the stream/items from another region. Square Enix are actually suggesting this for anyone who wants all three minions.

irc only those with an US account were able to buy tickets for US fanfest, so I guess it'll be the same for the JP/EU ones

you'll have to ask someone with an EU account to get you a ticket in that case

You can't pre-purchase online if it's not your region. I don't know if you can, JP is closer to me but I could only pre-purchase the EU version. SE is weird with their regions.

No, you cannot. You can only prepurchase tickets for the region of your account ( yes it is stupid since people move and se refuses to allow us to update regions).

No info about EU ticket sales starting, yet, I believe. I haven't received any email about it.
