Why do Prototype chest pieces still take 4 weeks to obtain?.

OR you just don't get it because the other gear you substituted is already superior. Doesn't adversely affect ANYONE to have it take four weeks. What is the big deal?

That's the big deal. The superior choice is simply to not go for it. It should be an actual choice.
