Lost around ~200,000 gil suddenly

Hello,
On 03/10/2016 I logged in with my character and suddenly found out that I lost around ~200,000 gil. I don't remember the exact amount but I just know that I found myself with a few thousands gil after weeks and weeks of leveling.

I opened an ingame ticket and a GM told me I should post, I tried to ask for a non-automatic reply and... he sent me another automatic reply saying I should post in this section.

I would love if someone could kindly give me the support I need and at least verify if there was a bug on my character and, if so, refund me the gil I have lost.

That's weird that the GM tells you to post on the forums. Normally they ask you if you are using the security token, if not they shut down your account for 24 hours, telling you to communicate with them via support ticket/email, to make sure that your account wasn't hacked. If you're using the security token, they are starting an investigation, same thing here, your account get shut down for 8 hours and you have to communicate via email with them. If they can't find the issue, you can ask for a one time re roll of your character, but be advised its only one time. So that means if you lose something in 4 years (if the game still exists), you can't have your character re rolled. Anyways, I do know that out of experience and therefore I would just re open the support ticket and make sure that they understand, that you did not just lose a bit of gil due to an patch error and have them re investigate that, because this forum is not gonna find any solution for you, nor are the GM's gonna look at it.

Thanks for the reply, indeed I was very surprised. Can you advice the right way to open a ticket to a GM? I believe I did it in the wrong way...
