KEY ITEMS MISSING

Hello,
on the weekend of the 30th sep-2nd oct i had just completed His Dark Materia(the last of a quest chain) to upgrade my relic weapon, i then went to Jalzahn to do my zodiac weapon recreation & got caught in the bug crash, where the only way to turn it off was to just turn the computer off. i tried it a few times to make sure it wasn't my computer, then saw that it was a known bug. I'm glad to say that, that bug is now fixed & working again, however due to the crash/bug, it seems i've lost the KEY ITEMS that i had to hand in to Jalzahn are now gone.

i sent a report & was told to come here as the in-game GM couldn't help me & to tell you the KEY ITEMS that have gone missing in hopes that you can give them me back as I've spent a lot of time doing this its very upsetting(but i know it happens & as it wasn't down to user error)

So any way long story short lol here are a list of the KEY ITEMS:

Book of Skylight
Zodium
Zodiac Scroll
Flawless Alexandrite

I look forward to hearing from you as i can't continue with the relic weapon quest upgrade till i get these items back, thank you again for your time & understanding

Just a minor nitpick, but the items you're missing aren't key items, they're normal items located in your inventory.

Based on that, have you tried looking for them in there?

Oh haha my bad i guess because of all the grinding it took to get that far it felt like they were to me haha but yes i have looked, thank you for the reply any way, i even checked my retainers to be safe lol
