Alt + 2~9 stopped working as keybinds

Alt + number 2-9 stopped working as keybinds.

Just as I posted this, it is working in game now. But if there is a particular fix to this I would like to know about it as well. Thank you!
- My Alt+1~= keys are set to Hotbar 3.
- When the run for Xelphatol dungeon started, I tried to press my keys on Alt 2~4 but nothing happened.
- Throughout the dungeon run I tried the other numbers with the Alt key as well but it seems that only Alt+1 worked.
- After I was done, I realized that Alt+0, Alt+-, and Alt+= worked too. The only ones that aren't working were Alt+2~9.
- Also, when I cleared the keybinds I can't seem to reset those keybinds to Alt+2~9. 'Alt+' just shows up when I try to set it to Alt+2~9, and then it just goes back to a black space.
- I have tried resetting my keybinds to default and also restarting the game but it didn't work.
- I am able to use the Alt key and the numbers 2-9 outside of FFXIV.
- This is the first time I am having this issue with the game.
- I'm not sure if this affects the issue but I do play FFXIV on two different computers.

Do you have other programs or software running along with the game? You might want to close them and see if it's the one causing the problem?
The current laptop I'm using has a similar issue where when I open Photoshop with the game at the same time, the ESC button in-game will not work for a reason.

Yeah as a matter of fact I do have photoshop on as well! I wouldn't have thought about that being the problem to be honest because I've always had Photoshop on when I turn on FFXIV. >_< But still, it could be the issue, I'll try that out the next time I have this issue! Thank you very much!
